DroneSwarm is part of the MLE group, established in 1999. We bring creative design, our own drone technology and an experienced show team together to make your birthday celebration unforgettable.
Our drones are designed and manufactured in-house in the UK. From the first conversation to the final formation, our team handles the show’s creative design, venue assessment, operational planning and required aviation permissions.
Every birthday package is customised with the birthday age, with further customisation and fully bespoke shows available. Through the wider MLE group, we can also help you add laser displays and fireworks to your celebration.
Can you perform at my birthday venue?+
Every location needs an assessment of the airspace, take-off area, audience position and nearby activity. Send us the venue or postcode and we’ll explore what’s possible. A field, hotel or private estate may be an option, subject to assessment.
What’s the difference between the three packages?+
The packages use 30, 60 or 100 drones and are priced at £3,225, £5,995 and £7,995 respectively, plus VAT. Each show is customised with the birthday age. Further customisation or a fully bespoke show is also available. Contact us to discuss which option suits your celebration.
Can you customise the show with the birthday age?+
Yes. Each of our 30, 60 and 100 drone birthday shows is customised with the birthday age. Further customisation, such as a name or personal message, is available — tell us what you have in mind and we’ll discuss the options. For something completely individual, fully bespoke shows start from £14,995.
Do you arrange the flying permissions?+
Yes. We handle the operational planning and required aviation permissions for the drone show. We’ll explain any venue or organiser responsibilities during planning.
What if the weather is poor?+
Every flight depends on safe weather conditions. Our team monitors forecasts and assesses conditions at the venue. We’ll discuss the arrangements for your celebration during planning.
How far in advance should I enquire?+
As early as you can, especially for a fixed birthday date. Availability and planning requirements depend on the location and show. Planning something last minute? Get in touch! Send us your date and venue and we’ll check what’s possible.
Can I add lasers or fireworks?+
Yes. DroneSwarm is part of the MLE group, so you can add laser displays through Dream Lasers and fireworks through MLE Pyrotechnics. Lasers start from £1,500 + VAT and fireworks start from £1,500 + VAT, in addition to your drone show. Tell us your venue and plans and we’ll discuss the options.
